Become a Volunteer

Rise to the occasion by stepping forward and volunteering to help our neighbours and fellow citizens who may be vulnerable at this challenging time.

Raising Awareness

Many people simply do not have the means to live a quality life either because of personal circumstances or have financial limitations due to reduction in household income. Many others are experiencing loneliness and falling into high levels of anxiety and stress. Working as part of the Outreach Team, you can make a difference by assisting through offering a listening hear and partaking in activities that will champion support. The best bit about volunteering is that you are helping others and contributing to your own development, as well as being there for others at their hour of need. We work with other charities, as necessary, to offer localised support so that help and hope reaches those who need it most.

We also need volunteers who can assist other aspects of UKIM Outreach. This, for example, can include graphic and artistic designers, writers, proofreaders, web developers, event assistants as well as presenters who could share the Message of Hope, the Message of Islam, in a colourful and purposeful way. Step forward and start to make a real, positive, difference to your neighbourhood (Insha-ALLAH, God-willing).
